Data and purposes
When you contact me by email, your contact details and the contents of your message are used to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or the legitimate interest in managing professional correspondence, depending on its purpose. A reply address and relevant information are necessary to deal with your enquiry; you are not required to use a form.
Technical data, including IP address, date, browser and requested resources, may be processed to operate and secure the website, on the basis of the legitimate interest in its operation and security. No advertising profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects is carried out.
Recipients
Information is accessible to Lionel Boscher and, to the extent necessary for their tasks, hosting, email and appointment scheduling providers. It is not sold or used for a newsletter without a separate request from you.
Booking appointments with Calendly
Booking buttons open Calendly on an external website; no calendar is embedded in this page. Your contact details, chosen time slot and any information you choose to share are used to arrange the appointment. LPBB Consulting remains the controller for this purpose and Calendly acts as a service provider for the booking.
Calendly may process data in the United States. Its data processing agreement provides for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses. Please also read its privacy notice.
Fonts
Google Fonts are currently loaded from Google. This connection transmits technical data, including your IP address and browser information, to display the fonts. This is separate from audience measurement. For more information: Google’s privacy policy.
Retention
For enquiries received by email or Calendly that do not lead to a service, correspondence and booking data are kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last exchange and then deleted, unless retention is required by law or necessary in connection with a dispute.
Where services are provided, contractual and accounting documents are retained separately in accordance with applicable obligations. Technical logs are kept only for as long as necessary to operate and secure the website.
Cookies and absence of tracking
The configuration intended for this version includes no audience analytics or advertising pixels. The old Google Tag Manager codes have been removed. WordPress login functions reserved for administration may use technical authentication and preference cookies, separate from the public browsing experience. Your browser allows you to block or delete cookies; blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from logging into the administration area.
The English version is provided with TranslatePress, using translations entered and stored on this website. No external automatic translation service is enabled in this configuration. Weglot is not used. Any subsequent addition of non-essential trackers will require information and, where required, prior consent.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Please send your requests to lionel@lpbb-consulting.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority IMY, or the competent authority where you live.
